7-Day Return Policy
We accept returns within 7 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and unwashed.
- Be in its original condition.
- Be returned in its original packaging.
- Include the complete dining set:
- 1 Tablecloth
- 1 Table Runner
- 12 Napkins
- 12 Napkin Rings
Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Products marked as non-returnable
How to Start a Return
Email us at info@theempirelumina.com within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Your full name
- Reason for the return
- Photos if the item is damaged or incorrect
Once your request is approved, we will send you return instructions.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Include clear photos of both the product and the packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
