Every order undergoes careful preparation, steaming, and a final quality check before leaving our facility.

  • Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days following successful payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or official federal holidays will begin processing on the following business day.

  • You will receive an immediate shipping confirmation email containing active tracking details the moment your parcel is transferred to our premium carrier networks.

Shipping Costs

  • Free standard shipping to all orders within the United States.

  • Express shipping is available for $15. The selected shipping option and cost will be shown at checkout before you place your order.

  • Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays, Lost, or Damaged Packages

  • Unexpected Delays: Empire Lumina is not responsible for transit delays caused by severe weather conditions, carrier logistical bottlenecks, holidays, or events outside of our reasonable control.

  • Lost Shipments: If your tracking number shows no movement for a prolonged period, contact us immediately. We will launch an official inquiry with the carrier to locate your parcel.

  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@theempirelumina.com. Include clear photos of the package and the damaged item so we can assist you promptly.

Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.
