The Empire Lumina experience extends through to the pristine delivery of your order. We ensure that each tablecloth and luxury linen set is meticulously packaged to arrive in immaculate condition.

Order Processing Time

Every order undergoes careful preparation, steaming, and a final quality check before leaving our facility.

  • Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days following successful payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or official federal holidays will begin processing on the following business day.

  • You will receive an immediate shipping confirmation email containing active tracking details the moment your parcel is transferred to our premium carrier networks.

Delivery Timelines (United States)

We partner with premium couriers to guarantee dependable transit across the country.

  • Estimated Delivery: 3 to 7 business days following courier pickup.

  • Please note that transit windows are estimates provided by shipping carriers and cannot be contractually guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

  • Final shipping fees are dynamically calculated at the checkout window based on your delivery address, package dimensions, and parcel weight.

  • All shipping costs will be clearly displayed before you finalize your transaction.

Order Tracking Security

  • Every single Empire Lumina shipment features end-to-end tracking coordinates.

  • Please allow 24 to 48 hours from the receipt of your shipment email for the carrier portal to update its telemetry data.

Delays, Lost, or Damaged Packages

  • Unexpected Delays: Empire Lumina is not responsible for transit delays caused by severe weather conditions, carrier logistical bottlenecks, holidays, or events outside of our reasonable control.

  • Lost Shipments: If your tracking number shows no movement for a prolonged period, contact us immediately. We will launch an official inquiry with the carrier to locate your parcel.

  • Damaged Packets: If your parcel arrives visibly physically compromised, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@theempirelumina.com with high-resolution photos of the external carton and the internal items.

Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Accuracy at checkout is paramount. Customers are entirely responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

  • Empire Lumina is not liable for misdelivered orders resulting from incorrect data entry. If a luxury package is returned to our studio due to an incorrect address, additional re-routing and premium reshipping fees will apply.
